Kappa Alpha Theta laws prohibit any contact with college or alumnae chapters or the general membership, including Fraternity officers, for commercial purposes, for non-fraternal charitable appeals, for fraternal appeals, or for the advocacy of personal opinions without the advance approval of Grand Council.

Failure to abide by Fraternity laws may result in disciplinary action.
