How should I write the report?
The history should not cause you problems. The history need not be long or subjective. It should be concise and objective. The following examples will show you that your report does not have to be long or involved:
Check with alumnae in your area who have been around and would remember the beginnings of your chapter. One Theta wrote that there was little information on her chapter's beginning. Had she checked with headquarters or, better yet, checked with some alumnae who are still in her area (who were instrumental in seeing that the group became an alumnae chapter), she would have had a report to submit.
When is the report due?
Your alumnae history report is due December 1. Please visit the Form Zone's Alumnae area and fill out the Alumnae Chapter History Report form online, which will enable you to upload documents and photos from your chapter.
