She is a teacher, a mentor, a role model, a counselor, and a friend. She helps college women develop as
individuals, become leaders, and prepare for life after college. She is proof that Theta is, indeed,
for a lifetime and that the Fraternity experience applies to everyday life.
Each of our college chapters needs a board of advisors to provide guidance and advice on finance,
membership recruitment, discipline, risk management, and all other chapter issues. Advisors communicate
regularly with chapter officers and make themselves available to all members of the chapter, help the
chapter plan and implement officer transition, know and support the laws and procedures of the
Fraternity, and handle disciplinary proceedings in an equitable and positive manner.
