Highlighted Member:

There are many girls in our chapter who go above and beyond by giving their all and directly helping organizations. We are beginning to honor a few girls every semester, who exceed all expectations outside of the chapter while continuing to keep their commitment within the chapter. This semester we honor:

Liz Durgin

Outside of Theta, Liz is one of the Directors of The Resource Advocacy Program at the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter and a director the St. James Summer Shelter. Both of these shelters are located in Cambridge, MA and are student-run. In addition to working with the shelters, she is part of a Phillips Brooks House (PBHA) international organization called Best Buddies. At Harvard this program matches students with mentally challenged adults. Along with her responsibilities outside of Theta, within the chapter she is one of the two Service Chairs.
