LeaderShape Grant Program
Since 1990, Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation has awarded more
than $600,000 to undergraduate Thetas to attend national sessions of The LeaderShape Institute. The Institute
is a not-for-profit organization, founded in 1986, that is committed to developing young adults to "lead with integrity."
During an interactive, energizing, and unique six-day program, Theta collegians have the opportunity to participate in self-discovery and practical learning experiences that build leadership concepts and abilities. Theta collegians are able to return to their chapters with countless ideas, as well as the tools to implement them.
Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation challenges each LeaderShape grant recipient to become a stronger and more effective leader - to lead with integrity!

Providing grants to undergraduate Thetas to attend The LeaderShape Institute is just one way the Foundation fulfills its mission to strengthen and empower members. In 2006, $20,000 was granted to send 18 delegates from college chapters to the LeaderShape Institute. For more information about LeaderShape grants, contact the at 1-888-526-1870 ext. 119.
