Facility Corporation Services

With more than $165 million in property and $7.3 million in annual income, facility corporation boards are responsible for a significant amount of investments. The day-to-day tasks of managing a facility demand a tremendous time commitment from Theta volunteers.

The new Facility Corporation Services (FCS) is here to help! FCS was created to provide timely and cost-effective financial services, and is suitable for all Kappa Alpha Theta facility corporations.

What can FCS do for you?

Provide record-keeping and IRS and state reporting services

Reduce bookkeeping or accounting service costs

Invoice, collect, and deposit all facility corporation income

Process payment of all facility corporation bills
