Each year, our college chapters participate in primary recruitment to select a new member class composed of Thetas who exemplify our core values. Because membership in Kappa Alpha Theta is a lifetime commitment, recruitment demands careful thought by both the potential new member and college chapter. This mutual-selection process is very exciting, and it’s a wonderful opportunity for chapter members to bond and carefully select the future of their chapter!

In the decades since then, Theta ideas and programs have often been on the cutting edge—individual and as chapters, we are known for leading in our communities and on our campuses. » Learn more about Kappa Alpha Theta Leading Women.
