Kapp Alpha Theta Fraternity is hiring for a chapter services coordinator.

Position Overview: Provides assistance and support to the chapter services department in all matters related to college chapters including, but not limited to, the Educational Leadership Consultant program, extension, and establishment of new college chapters.

Essential Functions:
• Manages and evaluates Golden Kite Expectations.
• Coordinates Fraternity workforce visits to college chapters.
• Communicates directly with officers and advisors.
• Assists with extension process by conducting research, developing materials, creating presentation, writing script, coordinating team travel and logistics.
• Works closely with marketing and communications team on PR and social media campaigns for college chapter establishments.
• Collects, tracks, and manages data from college chapters.
• Serves as back-up for the receptionist on a rotating basis.

Competency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple constituencies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assist with the development and implementation of new programs.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
• Willingness to relocate to the Indianapolis area.
• Willingness to travel upon request.
• Willingness to be flexible in further developing job description.
