Alumnae Initiates Program
Kappa Alpha Theta Alumna Initiate Program offers membership to exceptional women who, are committed to our core values; intellectual curiosity, leadership potential, commitment to service, and personal excellence. The program is meant for women who were not part of Greek life on their campus while attending college, either by choice or circumstances that prevented their membership. The candidate may not be an initiated member of another NPC organization. The Fraternity laws state that an alumna initiate candidate must be a college woman for whom a letter of reference has been received, in accordance with the laws of the Fraternity.
The hope of the Fraternity is for the alumna initiate to become a member of an alumnae group, advise a college chapter or volunteer time and leadership as part of the Fraternity's workforce, give to Theta Foundation, or participate in some manner with Kappa Alpha Theta once initiated.
For more information on the Alumnae Initiate Program, please refer to the documentation on the right side of this page, or contact .
