In March, at the National Small Business Federal Contracting Summit in Washington, DC, Jasmine received the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce (USWCC) Award in the Innovation & Performance category. Each USWCC award recipient was noted for achieving outstanding success as a supplier in the federal contracting arena.

Jasmine is the owner of JLA Group, a minority/women-owned small business that provides a wide range of consulting and advisory services, including strategic planning and communications, project management, change and performance measurement, acquisition strategy and execution, and proposal and grant development for both the private and public sectors. She holds several certifications, including a PMP and masters certificate in project management and a SAFe Agile certification, and she is also a Prosci ADKAR change management practitioner.

Jasmine is a past recipient of the Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Under Secretary Award for Outstanding Contractor Achievement.
