Plan of Aspirations

In 2015, Grand Council adopted a Plan of Aspirations to guide Kappa Alpha Theta through 2019. The Plan encompasses three imperatives to achieve the Fraternity's mission and vision and focuses on six core constituencies and three stakeholder audiences. Below is a summary of the 2015-2019 Plan.
Aspiration 1: Optimize the Member ExperienceGoal 1: Implement member engagement strategy for each target sister group.
Goal 2: Focus resources on education and programs that offer greatest value.
Goal 3: Further align recruitment practices with our vision statement and core values.
Goal 1: Evaluate full scope of information, communications, and delivery systems,
as well as the infrastructure required to operate them.
Goal 2: Establish and implement a framework that prepares and equips Kappa Alpha Theta to meet the
technological needs of our members.
Goal 3: Deploy technology that strengthens Kappa Alpha Theta's capacity to facilitate connections,
communication, and sisterhood.
Goal 1: Maintain and nurture a long-term branding strategy.
Goal 2: Provide an experience that demonstrates to our stakeholders that Kappa Alpha Theta is a leading source
of leadership and personal development for the widest influence for good.
Goal 3: Model excellence in such ways that host institutions extol Kappa Alpha Theta as a valuable partner
in student development and positive campus culture.
