We are Kappa Alpha Theta. We are leading women. Nearly 150 years ago, Kappa Alpha Theta was founded as the first Greek-letter fraternity for women. In the decades since then, Theta ideas and programs have often been on the cutting edge—individual and as chapters, we are known for leading in our communities and on our campuses.

Kimberly Stevens was recently inducted into the National Iowa Varsity Club Athletics Hall of Fame. All former Hawkeye athletes who have won at least one major letter are eligible and must have completed their eligibility at least 10 years prior to their selection. She is the first Iowa women’s swimmer or diver to receive this honor.
