About the Fraternity Housing Corporation
Kappa Alpha Theta has two models of housing management. In the first model, the Fraternity Housing Corporation (FHC) manages the facility; in the second, a facility corporation board comprised of local alumnae manages the facility. In the second model, the FHC supports the board by providing resources and support to ensure it has the right tools to be successful.
Our Mission
The Fraternity Housing Corporation exists to provide and maintain safe, competitive, and desirable homes to enhance the sisterhood of college members; foster affinity of alumnae; and support the health, heritage and future of our college chapters.
We’d love to talk with you about our services!
We also offer facility corporation services, a great solution for local facility corporation boards that want to continue with a group of alumnae volunteers but do not want to worry about all the legal requirements of maintaining exempt status with the IRS.
