The Coronavirus Update web page offers answers to some frequently asked questions, and chapter advisors, district officers, and Theta staff are also resources for you.
Kappa Alpha Theta has two models of housing management. In the first model, the Fraternity Housing Corporation (FHC) manages the facility; in the second, a facility corporation board comprised of local alumnae manages the facility. In the second model, the FHC supports the board by providing resources and support to ensure it has the right tools to be successful.
The Fraternity Housing Corporation exists to provide and maintain safe, competitive, and desirable homes to enhance the sisterhood of college members; foster affinity of alumnae; and support the health, heritage and future of our college chapters.
Our board of directors, staff, interior design professionals, and facility consultants are committed to fulfilling the FHC mission and vision.
