Lynda was recently hired as the executive director of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors and AFA Foundation. AFA provides resources and ongoing professional development for the success of fraternity/sorority advisors, and aims to align the fraternity/sorority and higher education experiences.
With 20 years of student affairs leadership experience, Lynda was most recently the assistant to the vice president of student affairs at Ball State University. She has been a longtime active member of AFA, serving as Region III Vice President, Indiana Area Coordinator, and Volunteer Recognition Committee Chair.
Lynda is also a longtime volunteer for Theta, serving previously as advisory board member and district director and currently as advisory board chairman at Gamma deuteron/Ohio Wesleyan and membership communications coordinator for the Columbus, OH Alumnae Chapter.

In November 2014, Marlo Thomas was one of 19 recipients of the Presidential Medal of Freedom in a ceremony at the White House. The medal is the highest civilian honor in the United States, and it recognizes individuals who have made an especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of the United States, world peace, cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.
Marlo is an award-winning actress, producer, best-selling author and social activist. Whether championing equality for girls and women, giving voice to the less fortunate, breaking barriers by portraying one of television's first single working women on "That Girl," or teaching children to be "Free to Be You and Me," she seeks to help us all dream bigger and reach higher.
Marlo also serves as national outreach director for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a pediatric treatment and research facility focused on pediatric cancer and children's catastrophic diseases.

Sally was honored to be invited to the State of the Union Address by U.S. Speaker John Boehner (R-OH). Boehner said that his guests, which included Sally, "...go above and beyond every day to give back, typifying the values of service and citizenship that the State of the Union tradition honors."
Sally is the CEO of United Through Reading, a nonprofit that unites military families facing physical separation. The organization facilitates the opportunity for deployed parents to be recorded reading storybooks to their children, easing the stress of separation, maintaining positive emotional connections, and cultivating a love of reading. More than 1.5 million military parents, spouses, and children have benefited from the program since its inception.
