Reports to: Assistant Director of Finance & CFO

Date: January 2018

Summary/Objectives: Responsible for accounts payable and receivable for the Fraternity Housing  Corporation (FHC), filing annual/biannual reports, as well as deposits for the Fraternity and FCS and Fraternity support as needed.

Essential Functions: Process payments for FHC invoices, collection of FHC receivables through Billhighway and Accufund, field parent inquiries about member accounts, prepare FHC 1099s, prepares FHC and non-FHC corporations’ annual state filings and deposits Fraternity receipts.

Competency: Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable. Understanding accounting practices helpful. Ability to be flexible, learn quickly and independently is necessary. Proficient in Excel, Experience with Accufund and Billhighway preferred, but not required

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Travel: None

Preferred Education and Experience: College degree preferred but experience in an office/accounting/tax environment more important.
