Alumnae Dues Terms

By checking the “I agree” box, you signify your acceptance and agreement to be bound to these Terms and Conditions, which have the same legal effect as a printed agreement executed with handwritten signatures. If you do not agree, do not check the “I agree” box or complete the payment.

Your payment card will be charged for your annual voluntary dues payment within 24 hours of accepting these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that your commitment has a recurring annual payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring annual payment obligations prior to cancellation of your commitment by you or by us.

Your voluntary dues commitment will automatically renew on an annual basis – and your payment card will be charged on a recurring basis for subsequent one-year periods – as a continuing dues-paying alumna member, until you or Theta elect to cancel. Your payment card will be charged such annual dues within 24 hours of your renewal date.

According to the Kappa Alpha Theta Bylaws Article VII, Section 2, the annual voluntary dues amount is subject to change. You accept any increase as determined by Grand Council. You will be informed of changes to annual voluntary dues prior to renewal, and you may elect to cancel then. Dues are non-refundable.

You may cancel at any time by visiting the customer portal and turning off auto renewal or by contacting Theta’s finance department at payments@kappaalphatheta.org. There are no refunds for days remaining until the end of the then-current annual period. In order not to be charged for an upcoming annual renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
