Pictured: the very hard working Executive Recruitment Board (ERB) on Preference Night!
This past week, I had the opportunity to spend eight days at the University of Alabama for their Fall 2012 Formal Recruitment. With over 2,000 potential new members signed up, the anticipation for the first door song to begin was mounting by the time I arrived. The women of Delta Omicron had literally spent the past year preparing for this week that would become a significant part of their chapter's history.

Although some nights were very late with cleaning, decorating and making the lists, I had to keep in mind that all of these small things were contributing to a large life-change in the future of each one of the potential new members. The hard work of seven full days paid off when 110 new members were standing on the front lawn of Kappa Alpha Theta on Saturday, August 18th, a day that I know will influence them now and in years to come!

Have you witnessed the Greek community on your campus growing exponentially each year?
