There are no secrets to sorority recruitment—this experience is designed to be as open and transparent as possible to give you confidence every step of the way.
You may have seen or heard about “recruitment consultants” who offer to provide guidance on the formal recruitment process for a fee. These individuals are not affiliated with the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) nor with campus sorority associations. NPC does not believe paid recruitment consultants or coaches are a necessary component of recruitment, nor are they advised.
