At Theta’s heart, we are women supporting and celebrating women. No matter where we are in life, Theta seeks to inspire us and encourage us to be our best selves.
The subject of our profile article in the Summer 2018 Theta magazine—Simran Baidwan—understands the power of women’s support. As a member of the charter class of the Zeta Rho Chapter at UC San Diego, she and her sisters “Formed a community of women that supported education and created an environment where you were applauded for your intelligence and desire to raise each other up…. Surround yourself with people who believe in you, lift you up, and support you no matter what. Some of my closest relationships to this day are with women I met in college and were fortified by Kappa Alpha Theta.”
