Tara (TJ) Flynn Condon, Epsilon Lambda/Dickinson, has been named to the 2018 Rising Leaders Program by Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). This competitive program recognizes industry professionals at the manager and director level who have demonstrated leadership potential within their companies.

TJ is the director of product marketing for iconectiv’s Information Solutions business. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology and software industry, she has held roles in corporate development, marketing, and communications for both start-ups and large publicly traded organizations.

TJ is a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Foundation board of trustees and the NJ North Central Alumnae Chapter.
